TCF Prison Chaplaincy
"Walking with the Incarcerated Through Faith, Healing, and Transformation"
The TCF Prison Chaplaincy is a profound expression of the CCCAS’s commitment to compassion, restoration, and the transforming grace of God. Serving within the Territorial Correctional Facility (TCF) located in the village of Tafuna, this ministry brings the light of the Gospel into a place where many seek hope, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose. Through worship services, Bible studies, pastoral counseling, and one‑on‑one spiritual guidance, CCCAS chaplains walk alongside incarcerated men and women as they confront hardship, reflect on their lives, and rediscover their identity as children of God.
Grounded in the belief that no life is beyond redemption, the TCF Chaplaincy offers a ministry of presence—listening without judgment, praying with sincerity, and encouraging personal and spiritual growth. Chaplains support inmates through moments of grief, regret, reconciliation, and transformation, affirming that God’s mercy reaches even the most difficult places. They also collaborate with correctional staff, offering spiritual support and fostering an environment rooted in dignity and respect.
The TCF Chaplaincy stands as a living witness to the CCCAS’s mission: to proclaim Christ’s love, uplift the brokenhearted, and accompany all people—inside and outside prison walls—on the journey toward healing, restoration, and new life.
