Serving within the Territorial Correctional Facility (TCF) located in the village of Tafuna, this ministry brings the light of the Gospel into a place where many seek hope, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose. Through worship services, Bible studies, pastoral counseling, and one‑on‑one spiritual guidance, CCCAS chaplains walk alongside incarcerated men and women as they confront hardship, reflect on their lives, and rediscover their identity as children of God.
